Troubleshooting:
- If the stylus or finger is unable to write, please modify your iPad or iPad Pro setting as follows:
- Settings>Apple Pencil>Turn off the Apple pencil.
- Settings>Notes>Turn off "Only draw with Apple Pencil".
- Settings>Apple Pencil>Turn off "Only draw with Apple Pencil (iOS 14)".
Note:
- No need to install Bluetooth. Please turn off the Bluetooth connection before using our stylus pen if you have connected the "apple pencil".
- We recommend that no using the pen while your iPad is charging, for may cause break & disconnect issues.
- ALL iPad IOS system must update to iOS 12.2 or above.
- It would have better experience if using with the tempered glass screen protector.
